("BarcodeSource," "we," "us," or "our") provides business-to-business (B2B) products and services, including stock and custom thermal labels, printers, scanners, software, and related support and repair services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use our websites, e‑commerce store, forms, and services (collectively, the "Services").

Our Services may be powered in part by trusted providers such as Shopify (e‑commerce), HubSpot (CRM/marketing), and analytics, payment, and shipping partners. This Policy applies to information we handle directly as a controller. Some partners act as processors on our behalf.

Information we collect

Information you provide directly

Information from third parties

  • E‑commerce and payment processors (e.g., order status, fraud signals). We do not store full payment card numbers; payments are handled by our processors.

EEA/UK data subject rights and transfers

If you are in the EEA/UK, you have rights to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

International transfers. We may transfer personal data to countries outside your own (including the United States). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), and implement additional measures as needed.

Children’s privacy

Our Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. Our Services currently do not respond to DNT signals.
